  • Identify your active profile role: Owner, Manager, Employee, or Customer.
  • Determine whether you are using the Web or Mobile platform.

Step-by-step​

  1. Open the sidebar and select your assigned role.
  2. Choose your platform (Web or Mobile).
  3. Select the workflow that matches your current task.
  4. Refer to Troubleshooting if the system behavior differs from the expected results.
  5. Check Release Notes for recent updates or changes in behavior.
