Employee (Web)

Purpose

Use this section for end-to-end employee work on web: invite acceptance, own appointments, schedule/time-off, assigned services, analytics/ratings, and account/support settings.

Prerequisites

  • You received a valid employee invite from the business.
  • Web app access is available in your environment.
  • Your account can sign in with invite-linked email.

Step-by-step

  1. Start with Accept Invite and Activate Employee Profile.
  2. Run daily booking work through Complete and Manage My Appointments.
  3. Use Manage My Schedule and Time Off for shift overview and leave requests.
  4. Check service scope in View Assigned Services.
  5. Track KPI and review responses in Review My Analytics and Ratings.
  6. Open company-level employee controls in Company Information and Booking Rules.
  7. Configure profile/security/support options in Account Settings and Support.

Expected result

You can operate as employee on web with clear boundaries between employee actions and owner-only controls.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting employee role to include billing and company status management.
  • Skipping invite acceptance refresh and assuming role switch completed.
