Employee (Mobile)

Purpose

Use this section to run daily employee work from mobile: join via invite, manage your own appointments, track schedule, and keep profile/support settings up to date.

Prerequisites

  • You received a valid staff invite from business owner or manager.
  • Mobile app is installed and updated.
  • You can access the email inbox where invite links are delivered.

Step-by-step

  1. Start with Accept Invite and Activate Employee Profile.
  2. Use Manage My Appointments and Status Updates to handle day/week/month views and status changes.
  3. Open Manage My Schedule and Time-Off Requests for shifts and leave requests.
  4. Open View Assigned Services for your read-only service list.
  5. Review KPIs and responses in Review My Analytics and Ratings.
  6. Configure role-specific company and booking rules in Company Information, Rules, and Public Preview.
  7. Finalize account preferences and support actions in Account Settings and Support.

Expected result

You can complete end-to-end employee workflows on mobile without switching to owner or manager permissions.

Common mistakes

  • Accepting invite with the wrong logged-in account.
  • Expecting staff-level access to owner-only billing or company status actions.
