Account Settings and Support
Purpose
Keep employee account data, notification preferences, support actions, and security controls aligned with daily operations.
Prerequisites
- Active authenticated employee session.
- Access to email/phone if updating contact data.
Step-by-step
- Open Profile -> Account details to update full name, avatar, phone, and other personal data.
- If employee account has no customer profile, use Create customer profile in Profile management.
- Update Address information, Change password, and Preferences (language/theme/calendar hours).
- Configure Notification settings for channels (push/email), notification types, and reminder timing.
- Open Help & support for FAQ and support tickets; track ticket responses through notifications.
- Review Privacy, Terms, and About app, then use logout for current device or all devices.
Decision points
- If you do not want promotional pushes/emails, disable those notification types in settings.
- If security is a concern on shared hardware, use logout-all instead of local logout.
Expected result
Your employee profile stays secure, reachable, and correctly configured for operational notifications and support.
Common mistakes
- Changing contact data without checking the notification channel still works.
- Disabling all booking notifications and then missing important updates.
