Purpose​

Use this section to execute the full customer lifecycle on web, from guest browsing to booking and account management.

Prerequisites​

  • Web browser access to Buuk.
  • Internet connection is available.
  • Email access is available if signing up with credentials.

Step-by-step​

  1. Start with Start as Guest, Sign Up, and Verify Email.
  2. Learn discovery in Find a Business and Validate Availability.
  3. Send booking requests with Book and Track Booking Requests.
  4. Monitor statuses in Manage Bookings Calendar and Notifications.
  5. Continue loyalty flow in Use Favorites and My Reviews.
  6. Finish setup in Manage Account, Preferences, and Support.

Expected result​

You can complete every customer web workflow with role-accurate routes and UI terminology.

Common mistakes​

  • Staying in guest mode and expecting booking request submission.
  • Ignoring notification and profile setup before active booking usage.
