Purpose
Use dashboard bookings workspace to monitor statuses, filter timeline data, and complete post-service actions.
Prerequisites
- Signed in as
CUSTOMER. - Existing booking history in dashboard.
Step-by-step
- Open Dashboard -> Bookings.
- Switch calendar between day, week, and month view depending on planning horizon.
- Use status filters and search to narrow bookings by provider/business context.
- Open booking details and inspect timeline, decision state, and latest notifications.
- Open Notifications from header bell to review unread booking updates.
- After completion, submit review from booking details and verify it appears under My Reviews.
Decision points
- If a booking looks missing, first adjust date range and clear filters.
- If updates are delayed, verify notification channels/types inside settings.
