Use Favorites and My Reviews

Purpose​

Reuse preferred services/businesses and maintain review credibility in one repeatable engagement loop.

Prerequisites​

  • Signed in as CUSTOMER.
  • At least one service/business viewed.

Step-by-step​

  1. Save services or businesses with favorite action from cards/details.
  2. Open Dashboard -> Favorites to access saved services quickly.
  3. On Dashboard -> Businesses, enable Favorites only to show only saved providers.
  4. After completed services, submit review from booking details.
  5. Open Dashboard -> My Reviews to filter and manage your review history.

Decision points​

  • If favorites list is empty, confirm you are on the same signed-in profile used when saving.
  • If review actions are unavailable, verify booking completion status first.

Expected result​

Favorites and reviews become reusable signals for faster future booking decisions.

Common mistakes​

  • Saving favorites while testing another profile and expecting cross-profile sync.
  • Leaving reviews late and forgetting contextual details from the service visit.
