Start as Guest, Sign Up, and Verify Email

Purpose​

Start from public web access, complete registration safely, and activate a usable customer session.

Prerequisites​

  • Browser can open Buuk public pages.
  • You can access inbox for email verification when using credentials.

Step-by-step​

  1. Open public pages and confirm you can browse Explore and Businesses without login.
  2. Use header search and filters to inspect services/categories as a guest.
  3. Open login/sign-up from header/profile actions.
  4. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple for direct authenticated entry.
  5. For email/password registration, submit credentials and wait for verification email.
  6. Click the verification button from email within 24 hours.
  7. Check spam/junk if email is not visible and resend if needed.
  8. Sign in and confirm dashboard customer navigation appears (Explore, Bookings, Providers, Favorites, My Reviews).

Decision points​

  • If social login succeeds, you do not need separate email-link verification.
  • If 24-hour verification window expires, request a new email verification link.
  • If guest browsing is enough for research, you can postpone login until booking intent starts.

Expected result​

Your customer web account is active and verified according to the selected sign-up method.

  • Attempting credential login before clicking verification link.
