Customer (Mobile)

Purpose​

Use this section to run the full customer journey on mobile, from first app open to booking, reviews, and account settings.

Prerequisites​

  • Buuk app is installed.
  • Internet connection is available.
  • You have access to email if you plan to sign up with credentials.

Step-by-step​

  1. Start with Start as Guest, Sign Up, and Verify Email.
  2. Learn discovery and search in Explore Services, Businesses, and Special Offers.
  3. Create requests in Book a Service from Mobile.
  4. Track calendar and statuses in Manage Bookings Calendar and Status Updates.
  5. Manage loyalty flows in Use Favorites and My Reviews.
  6. Configure account and support in Manage Account, Preferences, and Support.
  7. Use Register Business from Mobile when you want to open your own business profile.

Expected result​

You can navigate every confirmed customer workflow on mobile with the same terminology as the live app UI.

Common mistakes​

  • Jumping into booking without first setting notification channels and account contact details.
  • Treating guest browsing as full booking access.
