Book a Service from Mobile

Purpose

Create a booking request from any supported entry point and send it to the business for confirmation.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in as CUSTOMER.
  • Chosen service is available for booking.
  • Notification channels (push/email) are configured if you want status alerts.

Step-by-step

  1. Start booking from one of these entry points: header quick search, Explore card Book now, service details Book now, or business profile -> service -> Book now.
  2. In step 1, select employee/provider. If only one provider is available, it is preselected automatically.
  3. In step 2, pick date and an available time slot.
  4. In step 3, review confirmation details and complete optional/required fields: phone number (when required), additional note, promo code.
  5. Submit booking request and wait for business decision.
  6. Track outcome through header notifications and Bookings tab updates.

Decision points

  • If phone number is required for that service, request cannot be submitted without it.
  • If promo code is weaker than active deal pricing, the system keeps the better discount.
  • If status is pending, no final booking commitment exists until business confirms or rejects.

Expected result

A booking request is recorded and routed to the business, and you receive updates through enabled notification channels.

Common mistakes

  • Sending requests with missing phone number on services marked as required-contact.
  • Expecting instant confirmation for businesses that use manual approval.
