Use Favorites and My Reviews

Purpose​

Save preferred services/businesses and manage all submitted reviews from one customer profile.

Prerequisites​

  • Signed in as CUSTOMER.
  • At least one viewed service or business to add into favorites.

Step-by-step​

  1. Tap favorite (heart) on service or business cards during browsing.
  2. Open Favorites tab to access your saved service collection.
  3. On Explore Businesses, apply Favorites only to show only saved businesses.
  4. When a booking is completed, open booking details and submit your review.
  5. Open My Reviews from Profile quick actions to browse, filter, and manage existing reviews.

Decision points​

  • If favorite list is empty, verify you saved items while signed in to the same customer profile.
  • If you cannot review a booking yet, confirm that booking status is completed.

Expected result​

Favorites and review history stay organized and easy to reuse for future bookings.

Common mistakes​

  • Saving items in one profile and searching for them from another active profile.
  • Expecting review actions before service completion.
