Manage Bookings Calendar and Status Updates

Purpose

Track your bookings in calendar views, monitor status changes, and continue post-service actions.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in as CUSTOMER.
  • At least one booking exists in your account history.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Bookings tab and switch between day, week, and month views.
  2. Use status filters and search to narrow bookings by business, employee, or keyword.
  3. Open a booking detail card to review timeline updates and business decisions.
  4. Watch header notification bell for new booking updates and open details from notifications when needed.
  5. After service completion, open booking details and leave ratings/reviews for service, employee, and business.
  6. Use My Reviews from profile quick actions to verify your submitted reviews.

Decision points

  • If a booking does not appear in the current view, switch date range first, then clear filters.
  • If notifications are missing, verify notification channels and booking-related types are enabled.
  • If review prompt is not visible yet, wait until the booking reaches completed status.

Expected result

You can monitor all booking states from one calendar workspace and complete review actions after service delivery.

Common mistakes

  • Keeping restrictive filters active and assuming bookings disappeared.
  • Ignoring notification preferences and then expecting push/email updates.
