Explore Services, Businesses, and Special Offers

Purpose​

Find the right service or business quickly, including time-limited special offers.

Prerequisites​

  • App is installed and location permissions are optional but recommended.
  • You can be either guest or signed in.

Step-by-step​

  1. Open Explore Services to browse categories and featured content.
  2. Use the search icon in the header for quick search by service, business, category, or location.
  3. Open Explore Businesses to compare providers and service portfolios.
  4. In filters, enable Special offers to surface active discounted offers.
  5. Open a business profile and review dedicated special-offer sections marked separately from regular services.
  6. When signed in, use Favorites only on businesses to narrow results to your saved providers.

Decision points​

  • If no useful results appear, broaden filters or remove strict location/category limits.
  • If a special offer and promo code can both apply, the system keeps the better discount automatically.
  • If you are still in guest mode, discovery works but booking CTAs redirect to login/sign-up.

Expected result​

You can shortlist services or businesses with valid availability and promotion context before booking.

Common mistakes​

  • Comparing only base price without checking if special-offer window is still active.
  • Forgetting that guest mode supports browsing but not booking requests.
