Purpose

Start business onboarding from the mobile app when you are ready to operate as a provider.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in account with customer access.
  • Business information and subscription decision prepared.
  • App Store / Play Store billing available on device.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Profile and select Register business.
  2. Complete onboarding fields for business identity, contact, and service setup.
  3. Select available mobile subscription option and continue payment confirmation.
  4. Finish setup and verify your new business profile appears in profile switching options.
  5. Return to customer profile when you want to continue customer-side actions.

Decision points

  • If you already have an active mobile business subscription path, use web dashboard flow for additional setup and expansion cases.
  • If mobile and web prices differ, treat web pricing as a separate channel because store fees and platform billing terms can vary.

Expected result

A valid business profile is created through mobile onboarding and linked to your user account.

  • Expecting mobile subscription rules and pricing to be identical to web billing rules.
