Manage Account, Preferences, and Support
Purpose
Configure personal account data, privacy/security controls, notifications, and support on web dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Signed in as
CUSTOMER. - Access to email inbox for verification-required account updates.
Step-by-step
- Open Dashboard -> Settings -> Account to manage profile details, photo, and password.
- Update email only when ready to complete verification flow again.
- Open customer reputation section to review score progress and requirements for next level.
- Open Settings -> Notifications and configure channels, types, and reminder timing.
- Keep or disable Promotions and offers notifications depending on whether you want business promo campaigns.
- Open Settings -> Preferences to set language, theme, and calendar display hour range.
- Open Dashboard -> Help and Support to access FAQ, knowledge base link, and support requests with status tracking.
- Use delete account (data erasure) when required: personal identifiers are anonymized immediately and statutory records are retained only as legally required.
- Use logout options when ending current or all sessions.
Decision points
- If you change email, verify the new address before relying on account communications.
- If you do not want promo emails/push, disable promotions notification type or channel.
- If legal deletion is required, use account erasure action instead of only logging out.
