Review My Analytics and Ratings

Purpose

Track personal performance metrics and respond to feedback linked to your profile.

Prerequisites

  • Active EMPLOYEE profile.
  • Analytics module enabled for the current subscription tier.

Step-by-step

  1. Open My Analytics (fourth tab) and review your period metrics.
  2. Check appointments, revenue, average rating, and completion rate trends.
  3. Review top services and recent ratings to understand performance drivers.
  4. Open Ratings from Profile quick actions when you need full rating list.
  5. Filter ratings by score/comment and publish response where response action is available.

Decision points

  • If analytics are locked, contact owner/manager about plan access.
  • If a rating requires clarification, respond in-app before escalating to support.

Expected result

You can monitor your KPI trend and keep rating conversations up to date.

  • Reading short-term metric drops as system errors without checking date range.
