Step-by-step
- Open Profile -> Company information to review read-only company details.
- Open Profile -> Rules and configure employee booking automation (automatic booking approval) according to team policy.
- Use notification bell in header to monitor booking/rule outcomes tied to your actions.
- Tap business chip in mobile header to open customer-preview of your business profile.
- If you need ownership controls, open Register business from Profile; successful onboarding creates an owner profile on your account.
Decision points
- If a rule change affects team-wide policy, confirm with owner/manager before enabling it.
- If public preview does not match expected catalog, notify owner/manager to update business setup.
- If you start business registration, understand it creates owner role capabilities that are separate from employee permissions.
