Manage My Schedule and Time Off

Purpose

Use web schedule module to review your shifts and submit time-off requests in a controlled way.

Prerequisites

  • Active EMPLOYEE profile.
  • Schedule management module is enabled for your business.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Dashboard -> My Schedule.
  2. In Overview, inspect your assigned shifts and occupied periods.
  3. Open Time off tab and review existing requests.
  4. Click Request time off, submit date range and reason.
  5. Track request status and refresh after manager approval/decline.
  6. Recheck calendar to confirm availability updates were applied.

Decision points

  • If request overlaps booked work, coordinate reassignment before expecting approval.
  • If request is declined, adjust request scope and submit again.
  • If urgent absence is needed, submit request and notify manager directly.

Expected result

Your personal availability and approved time-off are correctly reflected in the booking calendar.

Common mistakes

  • Treating pending status as confirmed leave.
  • Submitting time off without checking existing confirmed appointments.
