Complete and Manage My Appointments

Purpose

Run your personal appointments calendar on web, keep booking states accurate, and follow notification-driven changes.

Prerequisites

  • Active EMPLOYEE profile.
  • At least one assigned booking exists in selected date range.
  • Browser notifications and in-app notifications are enabled as needed.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Dashboard -> Appointments and choose day/week/month calendar view.
  2. Confirm employee scope: you see only your events and no cross-staff employee filter.
  3. Open booking details and verify service, customer, and time information.
  4. Apply the correct status transition (Start, Complete, No-show, or other allowed status actions).
  5. Add notes when service outcome differs from original plan.
  6. Use search/status filters to isolate operational queues and exceptions.
  7. Open header notification bell to review unread updates and booking decisions.

Decision points

  • If booking is missing, first clear filters and re-check date range.
  • If status update fails, refresh data before repeating action.
  • If dispute is expected, keep notes and state transition consistent before escalation.

Expected result

Your web calendar reflects accurate personal booking lifecycle data and aligns with customer-facing updates.

Common mistakes

  • Completing the wrong appointment after rapid filter changes.
  • Marking no-show without recording contextual note.
