Complete and Manage My Appointments
Purpose
Run your personal appointments calendar on web, keep booking states accurate, and follow notification-driven changes.
Prerequisites
- Active
EMPLOYEEprofile. - At least one assigned booking exists in selected date range.
- Browser notifications and in-app notifications are enabled as needed.
Step-by-step
- Open Dashboard -> Appointments and choose day/week/month calendar view.
- Confirm employee scope: you see only your events and no cross-staff employee filter.
- Open booking details and verify service, customer, and time information.
- Apply the correct status transition (
Start,Complete,No-show, or other allowed status actions). - Add notes when service outcome differs from original plan.
- Use search/status filters to isolate operational queues and exceptions.
- Open header notification bell to review unread updates and booking decisions.
Decision points
- If booking is missing, first clear filters and re-check date range.
- If status update fails, refresh data before repeating action.
- If dispute is expected, keep notes and state transition consistent before escalation.
