Company Information and Booking Rules

Purpose

Use employee-level company pages for read-only company context, booking-rule controls, notifications, and owner-upgrade entry points.

Prerequisites

  • Active EMPLOYEE profile.
  • Business profile is already approved and active.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Dashboard -> Company Info to review read-only business details and subscription feature summary.
  2. Open Settings -> Rules and configure employee-available booking rule actions (including automatic booking approval).
  3. Use header notification bell to monitor booking and system events relevant to your profile.
  4. If you need owner capabilities, use Register Business action to start owner onboarding workflow.
  5. For public business preview on web, switch to customer profile (if available) and open business page from customer-side discovery screens.

Decision points

  • If a rule change has team-wide impact, align with owner/manager before applying.
  • If company info looks outdated, escalate to owner/manager because employee mode is read-only.
  • If owner role is required, complete dedicated registration flow instead of requesting admin-level bypass.
