Register Business and Subscribe (Web)

Purpose​

Create one or more businesses from your web account and activate subscriptions using Stripe checkout.

Prerequisites​

  • Sign in with a verified customer account on the web platform.
  • Prepare your company profile, legal information, and billing contact details.
  • Have a valid payment method ready (unless you are using a trial or skip option).

Step-by-step​

  1. Go to your profile workspace and launch the Register Business setup flow.
  2. Complete the company profile: title, description, branding, category, currency, and legal data.
  3. Enter address, contact, and social details, and verify the location on the map.
  4. Configure business working hours and ensure shifts align with your intended opening times.
  5. Accept the terms, select a subscription plan, and proceed to Stripe checkout.
  6. Complete the payment, or skip if a trial or deferred payment option is available for your plan.
  7. Monitor the review banner status until manual Buuk approval enables public visibility and Explore listing.

Decision points​

  • To manage multiple businesses, repeat the registration process from the same account for each new company.
  • If your plan includes a trial, you can defer the payment method and complete it later via Owner Billing settings.
  • While review is pending, you can continue configuring other setup tasks.

Expected result​

Your business is created and the subscription flow is complete (or deferred); the business enters review before becoming public.

Common mistakes​

  • Assuming that web and mobile checkout totals must always be identical.
  • Leaving working hours incomplete, which creates gaps in booking availability.
  • Treating a "pending review" status as a fully active, public listing.
