Purpose​

Manage subscription plan, payment methods, invoices, and billing lifecycle actions from owner web workspace.

Prerequisites​

  • Active owner profile with billing/company management permissions.
  • Business registration and subscription are already active.

Step-by-step​

  1. Open Billing section from owner web settings.
  2. Review current plan, renewal date, invoice history, and payment method status.
  3. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscription according to business requirements.
  4. Update payment method when needed and verify charge status on latest invoice.
  5. Confirm downstream feature limits after plan changes.

Decision points​

  • If plan downgrade removes campaign capacity, align promo dispatch strategy before saving changes.
  • If payment fails, resolve method issue immediately to prevent service interruption.

Expected result​

Owner billing state is accurate and subscription plan reflects current operational needs.
