Step-by-step

  1. Open Rules settings and configure automatic booking approval policy.
  2. Set automatic override approval for staff schedule overrides if your process requires it.
  3. Enable require phone number for bookings when contact capture is mandatory.
  4. Set minimum booking notice from 1 to 24 hours according to capacity planning.
  5. Review notification and preference settings for theme, language, and reminder behavior.

  • If no-show risk rises, increase minimum notice and keep reminders enabled.
  • If notification volume is high, tune promotional categories without disabling critical booking events.
