Purpose

Run staff management directly from Owner Web workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active OWNER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.
  • You have required data prepared for this workflow (staff, services, or policy settings).

Step-by-step

  1. Open Staff module and send invite emails for new team members.
  2. Track invite acceptance and complete missing staff profile fields.
  3. Assign each staff member to relevant services and schedule templates.
  4. Use search and filter controls to manage larger teams quickly.
  5. Update staff records as roles, services, or availability change.

Decision points

  • If invite fails delivery, confirm email and resend from existing record.
  • If staff leaves team, remove assignments before deactivation to prevent booking errors.

Expected result

Staff records remain operationally consistent with services and schedule ownership. Owner role can complete this workflow end-to-end and continue to owner-only controls when needed.
