Review My Analytics and Ratings

Purpose

Track your performance and manage your received ratings from web dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • Active EMPLOYEE profile.
  • Analytics permissions are available for current business subscription.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Dashboard -> My Analytics.
  2. Review monthly KPIs: appointments, revenue, average rating, and completion rate.
  3. Check service-level performance cards and recent rating activity.
  4. Open Dashboard -> Employee Ratings.
  5. Filter by star threshold/comment presence and respond to ratings where response is allowed.

Decision points

  • If analytics module is locked, owner must upgrade plan before data is exposed.
  • If rating includes complaint details, respond in system and align with manager follow-up.

Expected result

You can continuously monitor your own KPI trend and keep rating responses current.

  • Comparing periods without checking selected timeframe.
