- Open Dashboard -> My Analytics.
- Review monthly KPIs: appointments, revenue, average rating, and completion rate.
- Check service-level performance cards and recent rating activity.
- Open Dashboard -> Employee Ratings.
- Filter by star threshold/comment presence and respond to ratings where response is allowed.
Decision points
- If analytics module is locked, owner must upgrade plan before data is exposed.
- If rating includes complaint details, respond in system and align with manager follow-up.
