Step-by-step

  1. Open Promo Codes and create code with fixed or percentage discount.
  2. Set validity window and attach eligible services to the promo code.
  3. Send promo campaign through push and, for eligible plans, email with audience filters.
  4. Open Special Offers and create offer with existing or temporary services plus validity period.
  5. Confirm discount precedence behavior where system applies the best eligible discount for customer checkout.

  • If promo code and special offer overlap, rely on automatic best-discount precedence and communicate policy clearly.
  • If campaign target is narrow, use filters (radius, booking count, segment) before dispatch.
