Services and Catalog Management (Mobile)

Purpose

Create and maintain services, assign staff, and control public catalog order for business profile display.

Prerequisites

  • Business registration is approved and workspace is active.
  • Your role has access to the feature module on the selected platform.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Services tab and create or edit service records with duration, pricing, and media assets.
  2. Activate or deactivate services based on operational availability and campaign windows.
  3. Assign eligible staff members to each service and validate assignment coverage.
  4. Open Catalog organizer to group services, reorder groups, and reorder services inside groups.
  5. Publish changes and verify business profile service section reflects the same order and grouping.

Decision points

  • If a service is seasonal, deactivate instead of deleting to preserve historical analytics.
  • If catalog order differs from business strategy, prioritize top-margin services in first visible groups.

Expected result

Service inventory and catalog structure are synchronized with what customers see on business details.

  • Removing service-media consistency and lowering conversion on service cards.
