Step-by-step
- Open Promo Codes and create code with fixed or percentage discount.
- Set validity window and attach eligible services to the promo code.
- Send promo campaign through push and, for eligible plans, email with audience filters.
- Open Special Offers and create offer with existing or temporary services plus validity period.
- Confirm discount precedence behavior where system applies the best eligible discount for customer checkout.
Decision points
- If promo code and special offer overlap, rely on automatic best-discount precedence and communicate policy clearly.
- If campaign target is narrow, use filters (radius, booking count, segment) before dispatch.
- If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.
