Subscription and Payments (Owner Mobile)

Purpose

Review and manage owner billing details on mobile, including IAP-linked subscription status.

Prerequisites

  • Active owner profile with billing/company management permissions.
  • Business registration and subscription are already active.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Profile and go to Billing from owner mobile workspace.
  2. Review current plan, billing state, and renewal information.
  3. Open native subscription management when change/cancel action is required.
  4. Confirm updated plan state after native purchase provider sync completes.
  5. Validate plan-dependent features remain available after update.

Decision points

  • If purchase provider requires external account action, complete it before returning to app.
  • If sync delay occurs, refresh billing screen and verify receipt status again.

Expected result
