Staff Management (Owner Mobile)

Purpose

Run staff management directly from Owner Mobile workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active OWNER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.
  • You have required data prepared for this workflow (staff, services, or policy settings).

Step-by-step

  1. Open Staff tab and send invite to new staff member by email.
  2. Track invite state and complete profile details once invite is accepted.
  3. Assign services and schedule responsibilities for each staff member profile.
  4. Use search and filters to find staff by status, role, or assignment coverage.
  5. Update staff details whenever availability, contact, or role attributes change.

Decision points

  • If invite is pending too long, resend invite instead of creating duplicate staff records.
  • If staff loses service competency, remove assignment before next booking cycle.

Expected result

Staff directory stays current, searchable, and aligned with service delivery capacity. Owner role can complete this workflow end-to-end and continue to owner-only controls when needed.

  • Keeping duplicate staff profiles after repeated invite attempts.
