Rules and Integrations (Owner Mobile)

Purpose

Run rules and integrations directly from Owner Mobile workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active OWNER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.
  • You have required data prepared for this workflow (staff, services, or policy settings).

Step-by-step

  1. Open Rules and set automatic booking approval based on current operational policy.
  2. Configure automatic override approval for staff absence overrides when applicable.
  3. Enable or disable required phone number for booking requests.
  4. Set minimum booking notice between 1 and 24 hours to control lead time.
  5. Open Integrations and use Import from calendar to select calendars, events, and staff mapping.

Decision points

  • If same-day demand is high, reduce minimum notice only when staff capacity can absorb it.
  • If imported events are noisy, narrow calendar/event selection before final mapping.

Expected result

Automation rules are aligned with policy and external calendar blocks are imported to reduce double booking. Owner role can complete this workflow end-to-end and continue to owner-only controls when needed.

  • Enabling auto-approval without checking staffing coverage.
  • Importing personal calendars without scoping event selection.
  • Applying changes without confirming impact on currently scheduled appointments and staff assignments.
