Run schedule management and working hours directly from Manager Mobile workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active MANAGER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Owner has granted permissions for this operational module.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Schedule Management and create fixed or rotating shift templates.
  2. Attach break windows to each shift template and assign templates to selected staff.
  3. Record annual leave or other absence types to block availability for affected staff.
  4. Update business-level working hours when opening windows change.
  5. Verify resulting capacity in appointments calendar before publishing major schedule edits.

Decision points

  • If absence conflicts with confirmed bookings, reschedule or reassign before publishing leave block.
  • If business-level hours shrink, review minimum notice and approval rules to avoid auto-reject spikes.
  • If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.

Expected result

Staff and business availability windows remain synchronized across shifts, leave, and working-hour rules. Manager role can complete this workflow within manager permissions and escalate owner-only actions.
