Services and Catalog Management (Manager Mobile)

Purpose

Run services and catalog management directly from Manager Mobile workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active MANAGER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Owner has granted permissions for this operational module.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Services tab and create or edit service records with duration, pricing, and media assets.
  2. Activate or deactivate services based on operational availability and campaign windows.
  3. Assign eligible staff members to each service and validate assignment coverage.
  4. Open Catalog organizer to group services, reorder groups, and reorder services inside groups.
  5. Publish changes and verify business profile service section reflects the same order and grouping.

Decision points

  • If a service is seasonal, deactivate instead of deleting to preserve historical analytics.
  • If catalog order differs from business strategy, prioritize top-margin services in first visible groups.
  • If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.

Expected result

Service inventory and catalog structure are synchronized with what customers see on business details. Manager role can complete this workflow within manager permissions and escalate owner-only actions.

Common mistakes

  • Removing service-media consistency and lowering conversion on service cards.
  • Assigning services to unavailable staff and creating booking failures.
  • Trying to execute owner-only billing or company status actions instead of escalating to Owner.
