Step-by-step

  1. Open Analytics and select date range for operational review period.
  2. Review appointment status totals and revenue performance trends.
  3. Inspect staff-level and service-level KPI breakdowns.
  4. Open Ratings and respond to business/staff/service reviews directly.
  5. Capture action items for underperforming segments and schedule follow-up review.

Decision points

  • If revenue drops while bookings rise, audit discount strategy and service mix.
  • If rating issue is repeated, escalate to training or policy correction.
  • If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.
