Services and Catalog Management (Manager Web)

Purpose

Run services and catalog management directly from Manager Web workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active MANAGER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Owner has granted permissions for this operational module.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Services and manage create/edit/deactivate actions for service records.
  2. Upload or update service images and pricing metadata.
  3. Assign services to staff members who can deliver them.
  4. Open Catalog organizer and reorder groups and services for business profile display.
  5. Validate resulting service order from business public profile preview.

Decision points

  • If service should return later, deactivate it instead of delete to preserve metrics.
  • If assignments are incomplete, block publication until at least one valid staff mapping exists.
  • If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.

Expected result

Service catalog is accurate, visually complete, and aligned with real staffing capacity. Manager role can complete this workflow within manager permissions and escalate owner-only actions.

Common mistakes

  • Publishing services without images and lowering trust on listing cards.
  • Forgetting to reorder catalog after adding new priority services.
  • Trying to execute owner-only billing or company status actions instead of escalating to Owner.
