Run promo codes and special offers directly from Manager Web workspace with role-appropriate permissions.

Prerequisites

  • Active MANAGER profile is selected for the target business.
  • Owner has granted permissions for this operational module.
  • Business registration is approved and module access is enabled.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Promo Codes and create code with fixed or percentage discount rules.
  2. Attach service scope, validity dates, and campaign constraints.
  3. Dispatch promo campaigns via push and email based on plan capabilities and filter criteria.
  4. Open Special Offers and publish offers with existing or temporary services plus validity windows.
  5. Validate checkout precedence so best eligible discount is applied automatically.

Decision points

  • If campaign audience is broad, narrow by distance or booking behavior to protect margin.
  • If temporary service is used, ensure end date aligns with offer expiration.
  • If action requires subscription billing changes or company active/deactive status, escalate to the Owner workflow.
